Pokémon 30th Anniversary boxes

Thirty years of Pokémon, sealed Japanese, on the shelf in Sydney.

The 30th Celebration set marks thirty years of the Pokémon card game, with every card in the set foil and thirty different Pikachu illustrations by thirty different artists. Allocations were tight enough that Pokémon Center Online sold the boxes by lottery and had to run extra rounds to meet demand.

All three are in stock here, sealed Japanese, held in Sydney and posted tracked and insured. There is no queue or ballot to get through, with every order dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

What is in a sealed 30th Celebration box?

Each box holds 20 packs of 6 cards and every card in the set is foil. When we opened a full case of 20 sealed boxes before listing it, every box held 1 Special Art Rare, 4 Art Rares, 5 ex, 2 gold border classic reprints and 20 different Pikachu art cards, one in every pack. A Futuristic Rare (Mew ex or Mewtwo ex) turns up in roughly 1 box in 4 and is never guaranteed.

What is the set code for the 30th Celebration box?

M6a. It is the Japanese set made for the Pokémon card game’s 30th anniversary.

Is the 30th Celebration AR Set the same as a box?
